Prophetess Tonya Washington-Fulton was born in Marlboro County, South Carolina, to Tony and Cynthia Washington and raised in Dillon, South Carolina, where she graduated from high school. She was nurtured in ministry at an early age at United Pentecostal Church of Christ under the leadership of Bishop E. Floyd Jr.
