Prophetess Tonya Washington-Fulton was born in Marlboro County, South Carolina, to Tony and Cynthia Washington and raised in Dillon, South Carolina, where she graduated from high school. She was nurtured in ministry at an early age at United Pentecostal Church of Christ under the leadership of Bishop E. Floyd Jr., where she received the gift of the Holy Ghost and served faithfully in the usher board, choir, and Sunday school. When her parents were called into pastoral ministry, she continued her dedicated service at E-Manuel Temple in Dillon, S.C., leading in praise and worship, youth ministry, choir, praise dance, pastoral support, and administration.
After high school, she earned her Cosmetology license before enlisting in the United States Army as an engineer, later transitioning into human resources. During her military career, she received numerous awards and commendations before being medically released after three and a half years of service. She later worked as a Program Coordinator and secretary and served as a Math Professor at Williamsburg Technical College. Today, she and her husband are successful entrepreneurs, passionate about helping individuals restore their health through natural and organic products.
Prophetess Fulton holds an Associate Degree in Theology, a Bachelor of Science in Health Administration Services, a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management, and a Doctor of Divinity Degree. She serves faithfully alongside her husband, Pastor Wilbur Fulton. After pastoring at Bethlehem Believers Holiness Church in Andrews, S.C., they were led by God in 2014 to found New Covenant Christian Fellowship Ministries (N2CFM) in Kingstree, South Carolina, which is affiliated with CCFM under the leadership of Bishop Michael and Pastor Malinda Blue of Marion, S.C. She also serves as the Founder of the W.I.R.E.D. Women’s Conference. Prophetess Fulton has a Prophetic 5am Prayer LIve FB every Tuesday that has reached thousands across the world.
A devoted wife and mother, Prophetess Fulton and Pastor Wilbur Fulton are the proud parents of six sons, and grandparents to eight precious grandchildren. Her passion is to see souls drawn to Jesus Christ, and to witness a mighty Pentecostal move of the Holy Ghost through deliverance and breakthrough. Standing firmly on the principles instilled in her upbringing, her mission is to encourage, restore, and empower individuals from all walks of life. Her heart’s desire is simple: to see God glorified throughout all the earth, exploring new ideas and expanding their horizons.
